HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please follow these instructions if you wish to return or to exchange your order.

1-Inform us via e-mail at : info@lookchou.com within one week (7 days) of receiving the order.

2-Give us your complete information: name, order number, to allow us to make the follow up.

3-Give us the reasons regarding your return or exchange

If there is faulty on your items, please send us some photos.

 

4-Returns must be made wiithin 2 weeks (14 days) of receiving the order in Canada with the original invoice, receipt.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Please refer to the following:

1 - Deliveries are free on orders in Canada for more than 100 $ CAD.

2 - Deliveries are free on orders in the US for more than $ 200 CAD.

3 - Shipments on orders are made within 24 to 48 hours on business days - After receiving your orders and payments, we will confirm the availability of the product. Please do not count holidays and weekends as the postal service is closed.

In case of stock shortage, we will inform you as soon as possible by e-mail and / or by telephone.

 

 

HOW CAN I FOLLOW MY ORDER?

The package has a tracking number that will allow you to follow it. In addition, our deliveries require a signature as a receiving proof.

Delays may vary slightly due to the customs process that is beyond our control of our will. We endeavor to anticipate these inconveniences to ensure reasonable delays.

In the event that you are not present at the time of delivery, a delivery card will be left. You must claim for the package at the postal office indicated on the card. If you do not claim the package from the post office, we can only refund you when the products have been returned to us.

If you would like us to return the parcel to you again, we will be able to proceed, but there will be an extra charge for the return.

Contact us if you have not received the package within 7 business days of the date you received notice of shipment. We will re-organise that with the post office.
